Work Hours: This is a variable hour position and may work an average of 28 hours per week day, evening, weekend and/or holiday hours may be required.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing superior customer service by greeting customers as they enter the Facility, conducting facility tours for potential new members, and receiving and directing phone calls into the Facility.
